What if I need to return or exchange something I bought?
At Pears and Bears our #1 priority is to make sure that our customers are extremely satisfied with their purchases.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we'll exchange it or refund it within 30 days of the original purchase date. All garments must be unworn, unwashed and with the tags intact.
We are unable to accept returns on any custom orders. This would include flower girl dresses and any special order items.
Please enclose your packing slip and indicate if you would like an exchange or a refund and the name and address of where exchanges are to be shipped. Shipping and handling is non-refundable on returns. Pears and Bears will pay outbound shipping charges for exchanges.
